We request the courtesy of a 24 hour notice for all service cancellations.
Late Cancellations or Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of all scheduled services.
Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be asked to reschedule in consideration for all clients and may be subject to the late cancellation fee. In other cases the appointment may proceed but will be shorted on time in consideration for the next guest.
No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of all scheduled services.
A credit card on file is required to book all services.
Please be considerate during cold and flu season. We ask that you reschedule if you or anyone you have been caring for has been sick within the last 14 days. If you or someone you have been caring for has had a cold or flu or symptoms of a cold or flu or been diagnosed with, or had symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days we kindly ask that you reschedule.
We know most of our client’s are mothers, sisters, and friends just like us, and this could be inconvenient, however I have a son with an immune compromised system.
It is my professional responsibility to provide a clean and sanitary space for all clients and staff. I will not risk his, mine, or any of our other client’s, staff’s, or their families health, for one client. We will do everything we can to reschedule client’s due to illness!

CLIENTS UNDER 18 MUST HAVE WRITTEN PARENTAL CONSENT FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS.
Per our liability insurance, minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to their first appointment. Your parent or legal guardian must attend the appointment with you to sign legal treatment consent forms on your behalf.
If you are under 18 and arrive without a legal guardian or parent to sign said forms, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the late cancellation fee.
